The googleConsentMode config emits agtag('consent', 'default', …) call inline at the end of<head> — before anything in <body>— then bridgesastro-consent:consent / astro-consent:changeinto gtag('consent', 'update', …).
The test hooks below instrument window.dataLayer so Playwright can assert the correct default + update sequence without pulling in the real GTM script.
— sends gtag('event', 'manual_test'), useful for triggering a fresh /g/collect hit after accepting consent (the initial pageview is usually already cookieless-pinged past wait_for_update).
